Project Consultation & Design Collaboration: Work with the client on their plans to make sure the project is well understood, or offer to work with our designer to create the plan (look and feel)
Approvals and Compliance (plans, retail, centre management, permits): Assist with all the admin process to work with the clients team or use our team to get projects off the ground and compliant.
Construction and Fitout: One team to deal with through the duration of the project, built to suit the clients needs
Certification cation and Handover: Assist with the PM function to lodge the documents into the portal as required to make sure that the opening deadlines are met.
